Role Description

We are seeking a talented Junior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Denpasar. In this full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns for a variety of clients, utilizing a combination of paid search, display, social media and e-commerce channels. You will work closely with the senior performance marketing team to analyze performance data and provide recommendations to improve ROI and achieve client targets.

Qualifications

1+ years experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and experience managing ad campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid search and social media platforms.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex data and technical topics to clients and team members with varying levels of digital marketing knowledge
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
