Responsibilities

· Collaborate with senior architects to develop architectural designs and concepts.

· Contribute to the development of design ideas.

· Create photorealistic 3D renders and visualizations of our luxury villa projects.

· Assist in preparing architectural and structural plans, drawings, and presentations.

· Recommend property materials and brands and assist with their sourcing, from finishing materials to furniture and sanitaryware

· Participate in site visits and inspections to oversee the construction processes.

· Stay up-to-date with design trends and software tools in architectural visualization.

Skills and Experience

· Prior experience in architectural design and rendering with a portfolio to demonstrate previous work

· Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

· A passion for creating unique and stunning designs.

· Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, V-Ray, Blender, Lumion).

· Strong artistic and design sensibilities.

· Basic understanding of architectural principles and design concepts.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

· Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

· Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.

Other key requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in the English language
Must be based in Bali or able to relocate to Bali.
This position primarily requires on-site presence in the Bukit Peninsula.
Enthusiasm for luxury living and an appreciation for Bali's natural landscapes.
Indonesian citizen.
