Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our products/services.
Understand customer goals, challenges, and objectives to develop tailored success plans.
Provide proactive guidance and support to customers and resolve customer issues, escalations, and inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
Upsell services and products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive customer success initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business/marketing, or a related field.
+ 3 years experiences as a customer success manager or similar role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with customer success software and CRM systems.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
