Job Responsibilities

Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver solutions to existing or prospective customers.
Set target and prepare plans to increase sales
Producing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet company sales target
Manage accounts end to end from project initiation, hand off to project squad, management of internal stakeholders, until completion.
Ensure internal cross-team coordination and communication in order to complete deliverables in accordance with delivery agreement.
Assist on managing budget based on work-plan and control the utilization/realization of it.
Monitor and evaluate tasks as per agreed timeline and ensure project operational running smoothly and provide recommendations to line manager and implement actions.

Job Qualifications

2+ years of proven business development / enterprise sales experience in similar fields
Good time management, prioritization, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work with people at all levels.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Excellent work ethic, listening, influencing, closing skills with prospects/customers.
Well-organized, self-starter, team player and able to work with minimal supervision
Willing to work over time to finish deadlines.
Ability in negotiating and closing complex deals
Confident and engaging presentation skills
