Roles and Responsibilities:

Setting up of the WIN team in Plant and conducting meeting to ensure information, communication follow between the departments.
Preparation of detailed project plan with timelines and responsible persons for project related tasks.
Responsible for the preparation of initial product costs and revisions in different stages of the project.
Monitoring of measures to ensure achievement of production cost target.
Preparation of MoB decisions for components with Purchase department.
Responsibility of complying to the CQD parameters defined in the specifications.
Responsible for analysis of project risks and definig corrective measures (with the WIN team).
Preparation of production and assembly plan with imputes from the KON and WIN teams.
Coordinate the FMEA with moderator.

Responsible for designing the manufacturing process (machining and assembly).
Preparing RFQ to suppliers, coordinate technical discussion between CFT, HQ and supplier based on requirements.
Coordinate for the trigger of investments in the production, assembly, and logistics with approval processes.
Monitor the timelines for the various phases of the investments (assembly lines and machines).
Provide technical clarification and information to the suppliers or in hour team for production, assembly and logistics processes during the design and implementation stage.
Review and execute modification related to product design and changes during the design and implementation stage.
Monitoring and prioritising tasks in the project to achieve the committed targets on time.
Responsibility for completing project documentation at various stages of the project (Advance licencing, EPCG,release documents for machine assembly line ect.).
Supply chain representative in the Plant.
Follow Health and Safety guidelines as defined.
Achieve KPIs as agreed and prepare performance reports.
Technical understanding of the product and analysing manufacturing requirements for the same.
Understand and analyse new production concepts and develop ways and means to reduce machining time and material to reduce production costs.
Adopt techniques such as Lean Manufacturing and Quality tools to reduce waste and improve production processes.
