What does the role entail?

Our Customer Marketing Manager will act as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The aim of this role is to understand the customer or user, recognise pain points and then build marketing campaigns around that information. Youʼll also use your expert knowledge to help suggest improvements or features to the product team.

Responsibilities:

Manage and strategize multimedia content and campaigns (Impact videos, Impact reports, broadcast, newsletter, press

releases, decks, posters, etc) ensuring alignment with marketing and commercial objectives for Enterprise clients.

Educate customers about our products/services through mediums such as video, social media, landing pages.
Become an advocate for our brand.
Build rapport with our customers and users to increase subscriptions and renewals.
Work with the events team to plan virtual events, workshops, conferences or networking events.
Listen to the customer and suggest product updates or releases that will directly benefit the user
Content Marketing: Conceptualize and execute podcasts and newsletters in coordination with Content and Design team
Long-form content: Research and write thought leadership content, manage video content with video editors.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelorʼs degree in either marketing, business, or a related field
Strong Program management skills and ability to work under ambiguity and committed deadlines
Strong with written and spoken communications and have an advanced knowledge of the content development process.
Creative thinker with 4+ years of experience working with Creative agencies or B2B brands
A strategic thinker who will ensure brand consistency across different content media
Understanding of common marketing metrics to evaluate overall campaign performance.
An energetic and self-motivated individual who is willing to get his hands dirty and be a team player.
Strong with project management skills and able to handle multiple marketing projects simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
