Responsibilities:

Continuously research and monitor the latest trends, tools and breakthroughs in AI and machine learning
Analyze how emerging AI technologies can be applied within the wellness and biotech sectors
Experiment with new AI products and platforms to assess their potential benefits for the company
Develop small-scale pilot projects to test the feasibility of integrating new AI solutions into our services
Assist in analyzing biometric and psychometric data to help tailor personalized wellness plans
Explore AI-driven recommendation engines to improve member experiences and outcomes
Identify areas where AI can streamline operations, such as scheduling, inventory management or customer service
Experiment with AI tools that can automate routine tasks to increase efficiency
Collaborate with wellness coaches, medical staff and IT teams to understand their needs and challenges
Present findings, insights and recommendations to the team and management
Maintain detailed records of experiments including methodologies, results and conclusions

Requirements:

Indonesian citizen
Excellent in written and spoken English communication
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field would be a plus
Proven experience working in AI & Tech or in a similar role
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Proficiency in market analysis and competitor research
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
No extensive experience required, but tech background and knowledge is a must. Internships or academic projects in AI or data analysis are a plus
Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence through coursework, projects or personal endeavors
Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R are a plus
Understanding of machine learning concepts and familiarity with products like ChatGPT is advantageous
Ability to work with datasets, perform basic data cleaning, and visualization
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
Effective time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
